It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer; until it is, it describes how the hub works, not a binding agreement.This notice explains what this hub (https://mousemouse.ai) collects, why, and who processes it for us.
What we collect
- Account details from our identity provider when you sign in: your name, username, email address and profile picture. Your public handle — the first part of every URL you publish under — comes from your username or display name, never from your email address.
- API keys. We store a one-way hash of each key and its first characters, never the key itself.
- What you upload: datasets (which may include camera video), models, robot descriptions, configs, metrics, logs, and their digests.
- What you do on the hub: an audit log of changes (who did what, when, from which key), training runs, sim rollouts, device registrations, approvals and the signed events a robot's driver reports.
- Messages to the Training Coach, the planner and the agent, and the run data they read, which are sent to our model provider to produce an answer.
- Technical data: IP addresses (used for rate limiting and abuse prevention), request logs, and error reports with personal data turned off. Page views are counted by Vercel Analytics, which sets no cookie and records no personal data.
- Your browser keeps a sign-in session cookie (from our identity provider) and your light/dark preference in local storage. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Why
To run the service you asked for, keep it secure, stop abuse, meter the paid features, answer your requests, and meet legal obligations.

Each processes data only to provide its part of the service. Some are outside your country; transfers rely on their standard contractual safeguards.
Public and private
Public repositories, your handle, display name and avatar are visible to anyone. Private repositories, runs, devices, approvals and the audit log are visible only to you and the members of your organisations.
How long
We keep your account and content while your account exists. When you delete content it is unlinked at once and the stored bytes are removed by a periodic clean-up; backups expire on their own schedule. Logs are kept for a limited time for security.
Your choices and rights
You can download what you uploaded at any time with lucen pull. To access,
correct, export or delete your personal data, or to delete your account, write to
us (below). Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including
complaining to a data protection authority.

The hub is not meant for children under 16.
